The nearby kössen ski area in Tyrol and the “ski paradise Sudelfeld” with 21 lifts and 31 km of groomed slopes of varying degrees of difficulty offer pure skiing pleasure for beginners to professionals and are especially recommended for families with children. There are scenic cross-country ski trails both on the doorstep and in the Oberaudorf high valley Mühlau as well as in the quickly accessible villages of Sachrang, Walchsee and Kössen with more extensive trails.
